Mickey is all foam rubber, and he stands 19" tall. He was manufactured in Ft. Lauderdale, by Multi Plastics. The name and manufacturer are still marginally visible on his back. Obviously, he has been played with. His neck is a bit fragile. But this should all be standard wear and tear for such a lovable figure who's about 60 years of age.
