Vintage Original Oil Painting - unsigned - Harbor & Blue Mosque Istanbul Turkey

I acquired this piece at auction in NJ that clears many estates from Manhattan. This appears to be oil paint on artist board.
I love this piece that appears to me to be the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey. The colors are beautiful. My favorite element is the little bits of shine that come through in small areas of the painting. It gives you a sense of sun reflecting off of the buildings and trees.
Dimensions: 13-3/4 wide x 11-3/4" tall (outside dimensions of the frame).
The frame is gilded wood and not original. I think this frame enhances the picture better and is in far better condition than the original. Please note that the frame has some flaws but not easy to catch. I think pic 4 shows an example where some of the white under the gilding shows. It would appear that the frame was cut down to this size and that the patterns are off due to that.
Condition: I don't see any losses, but it can probably can use a light cleaning.
