    Born in Mexico City, besides an artist also gallery owner and founder of Latin American Art Festival, San Diego California (Co - Director), Rosarito Art Fest founder and director since 8 years ago.  has had solo exhibits in Tijuana and Rosarito and San Diego (Artwalk San Diego), he is in the 3rd photo, taken before finishing the painting.
