New items come with full factory warranty. Other than shipping damage, which must be reported immediately in order to file a claim with the shipper, new items must be taken to your local service center or returned to the factory for repair.

We test all equipment prior to shipping and list any defects. However if there are circumstances that require a resolution I will do my best to remedy the problem. You will need to check your item upon receipt. We offer a 7 day return privilege for any reason, however you will be responsible for all freight.
