Shipping Information:

Cancellation Policy:
We're only able to cancel the order if you requested within 30 minutes. We usually process orders as soon as they're placed and once processed we're unable to cancel or alter the order.
Return Policy:
We're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. If the item is damaged or defective please let us know by contacting us thru eBay messages with pictures showing the damage/defect. We will be more than happy to replace the item for you.
Refusal of the Package Policy/Restocking Fees:
Shipping Carrier's/ Shipping companies will usually try 3 times to deliver your package; if for any reason the package is unable to be delivered because the recipient is not available to take the package or if the package is refused, customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and may be charged an additional shipping charge as well.
