This is the Second Edition 1951 of Mission San Xavier del Bar located in Tucson Arizona.  The booklet explains in detail the history of the mission from creation to present day (about 1980's) when I was in Tucson on a business trip and visited the mission.
Size: 5.25" x 7.25", 12 pages
Condition: VERY GOOD CONDITION, no tears, creases, dog ears, or missing pages.  It does have some water stains on the cover.
As always, examine the pictures closely using zoom and judge for yourself as to their condition.
