This unusual nesting doll set is handcrafted Sergeev Posad
by Russian artist in the traditional iconographic style of the Russian Orthodox Church, preserving the famous image of the Holy Mother. The image of the icon is made using a high quality polygraphic machine. The high quality icon prints are inlaid to the dolls surface.
The image is protected with layers of clear lacquer.
Note: any glare on pictures is a reflection of the lacquer finish.
