Elke Hutchens Porcelain Doll - Pope John Paul II

Description

This is a beautiful doll, approximately 17" tall. Comes with the original stand, measuring 7 1/2" x 5 1/4". Overall height 19".
Porcelain head, porcelain lower arms and legs.
Detailed colorful outfit with white lace-trimmed undergarments, brown shoes, red and gold cape. Depicting Pope John Paul II. The stand has an attached plaque showing the papal coat-of-arms.
Crafted by Elke Hutchens and accordingly marked. Dated 1994.
In
excellent condition without any apparent damage to the doll. There are a couple of very tiny scuffs on some of the corners of the base, barely visible (see picture).
