Returns for repair or exchanges require prior authorization.

Shipping and Handling Information

All products are professionally packed to ensure arrival in the condition expected.
Shipping charges include insurance
U.S. 48 state package shipments are delivered by Fedex or UPS (seller’s choice).
U.S. 48 state Truck/Freight shipments are delivered by an LTL carrier.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be available at additional cost to buyer. Rates and carrier options are provided in the “shipping and payments” tab.
Shipments to Canada may be available at additional cost to buyer. Rates and carrier options are provided in the “shipping and payments” tab.
All Canadian and non-U.S. buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the shipping carrier, customs broker and your government. Those costs are not included in shipping costs.
