Description
THIS ANTIQUE SALVAGED TIN WAS TAKEN FROM AN OLD CHURCH IN OHIO. ALL BUT ONE HAS VERY LITTLE; IF ANY; PAINT LEFT ON THEM WITH SOME SURFACE RUST ; NAIL HOLES ALONG THE EDGES AND SOME HAVE BLUE AND PURPLE HUES SHOWING THROUGHOUT THE PANELS ON FRONT AND BACK. FEW HAVE A LITTLE LARGER THAN NAIL HOLE WHERE THEY WERE TORN OR RIPPED FROM CEILING; MOSTLY ALONG EDGES. ONE HAS A 3 INCH LONG RIP ALONG OUTSIDE RIM. SEE LAST PICTURE.THESE ARE OF A LEAF DESIGN. I HAVE ONLY ONE WITH WHITE OR CREAM PAINT THROUGHOUT AND HAS A BEND IN THIS PANEL. PICTURES 10 AND 11. IF YOU DON'T WANT THE ONE WITH PAINT; PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
THEY MEASURE 50 INCHES LONG AND 6 3/4 INCHES WIDE AND ABOUT 1-1 1/2 INCH RAISED DESIGN.
THEY ARE OVER A HUNDRED YEARS OLD; BUT SOLID. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES
