Selling as is, panel with recessed jacks
the BNC connectors are dirty and have light corrosion so not recommended for critical use. The thought is you can simply unscrew and replace all the BNC connectors (or hand clean them with small brush, pressure washer etc.)
The Blue outer frame is metal but the inner black is plastic to provide isolation between all jacks.
(the jacks themselves are all metal)
