    Brand New 12 Fiber Dual Door Wall Mount (16ga Cold Rolled Steel), 1x12 fiber LC/OM3 Adapter Plate, 3 meter 50/125 OM3 spiral wrapped pigtails (each cleaned and inspected prior to insertion) dressed into 1x12 fiber 5x7" aluminum splice tray.  Locks available upon request, and black powder coat finish. IL/BR test results included as well as tie wraps and port identification labels.
